EV\u2019S SOLUTIONS<\/h2> \r\n <\/div>

Zer0\u00b0 Emission<\/strong> is an example of an electric vehicle set up for refrigerated transport upfitted by Lauri SRL as per Nissan and Mercedes Benz request.<\/p>

The transformation was applied on the 100% electric 40 kWh Nissan e-NV200 commercial vehicle, with an electric refrigeration unit (Frigo Lamar LMK 1.2) operating 12VDC, which can also work via external power supply 220V single phase.<\/p>

This unit provides cooling during the drive, or when parked, throughout connection to power grid.<\/p>

After intense testing, we can declare that this transformation reduces the original mileage of the vehicle by approximately 25% and that the costs of the transformation of electric vehicles are in line with those normally incurred for the realization of the same, on vehicles with diesel engines or gas.<\/p>

Instead, for the transformation of the Mercedes-Benz eVito electric van, a unit connected to the on-board network was designed, capable of using energy intelligently, with the addition of a relatively small back up battery.<\/p>

This system works in three different modes that guarantee cooling during the entire delivery process: during charging (the absorbed energy used to maintain the constant temperature comes directly from the grid); during the drive it is provided by the main battery; during stops the auxiliary battery is activated which acts as a \"buffer\" leaving the main to rest.<\/p>
